My Menu Planner
A personalized meal planner for babies ranging in age from 6 months to 3 years. With an emphasis on whole foods and the inclusion of Gerber products, this tool personalizes and develops daily meals for parents to make for their little ones. Providing busy days with ease and delicious, ready-to-go snacks and meals.
My intention for the titles was to engage moms through a storytelling narrative. This particular menu is named ‘The Sunday Special’. I drew inspiration from a personal favorite diner order of mine. I felt this would be a great way to set the stage for a go-to menu on a particular day.
The placemats you see in these shots are EzPz™, a brand I collaborated with to add texture and visual appeal to the foods on the menu. Working together with the EzPz team was both fun & informative. Their founder, Lindsey was inspired to create a product that helped babies, of all ages and milestones, build proper eating techniques. With assistance from Dawn Winkelmann, M.S., CCC-SLP, as the in-house Feeding Special and Special Needs Program Coordinator, they built this product, as a result, to ensure that neurotypical children, as well as kids with special needs, can use their products safely. All while enjoying the smile of their mats.
Each menu allowed the opportunity to teach moms proper food proportions and safe cooking techniques to feed their babies. With the help and taste of Gerber products along with whole foods emphasis, My Menu Planner has been a success for busy moms and hungry babies.
